Tinnitus is a common hearing condition characterized by the perception of sounds like ringing, clicking, or whooshing in the ears without an external source. It can significantly impact quality of life and is often linked to factors such as allergies, excessive earwax, low blood pressure, trauma, medications, cardiac issues, high cholesterol, stress, or infection. While there is no cure for tinnitus, managing symptoms through techniques like yoga may provide relief. Certain yoga poses, including Legs-Up-the-Wall Pose (Viparita Karani), Triangle Pose (Trikonasana), and Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), are recommended to help alleviate stress, improve circulation, and potentially reduce tinnitus-related discomfort.
