My cochlear implants have enhanced my life in so many ways. I love being able to hear things I’ve never heard before — birds singing, the wind, cars, people walking, music — they’re so wonderful to hear! I have a whole new life as a student, as a grandmother, as a woman.

These are the words of Charlen Evans, one of our patients. She was born with a hearing loss and learned to read lips very well. So well, in fact, that it wasn’t until her mid-50s that she decided to get a hearing test and do something about her hearing loss. As you can see from her testimonial above, it was life-changing.
